a.                  Country Lane Subdivision acceptance and payment bond in the amount of $21,260 to pay for labor, materials & equipment furnished for use in the performance of constructing the subdivision street off Fred King Road/Mt. Olivet Rd.

b.                  Jury pay – Increase the Jury pay per diem for the next term of court as follows: Traverse jury            $35. Grand jury $35. Foreperson $40. Clerk $40. Typist $35.

c.                  Michael S Green Counsel – Hospital Authority Resolution proposes to issue tax exempt revenue bonds for the benefit of Ty Cobb Healthcare System Inc. & The Cobb Foundation, Inc. for improvements to the Hart County Hospital

d.                  Public Transit Resolution – Department of Transportation for funding the local transit system for FY2000

e.                  Job description – Public Works Specialist to upgrade the current position of Rights-of-Way Clerk for assisting the Public Works Director by processing various county permits, addressing & to perform other related duties as assigned

f.                    Rosewood Circle & Parham Road accept 60’ right-of-way on both roads

g.                  Osborne Road/CR320 commence abandonment procedures

h.                  Board/Authority appointments as follows:

Library – Peggy Matthews to fill un-expired term of Joe Farnitano

Tri County Industrial Development – Charles Haney to fill un-expired term of Mike Coulter

Hart/Franklin Airport Authority – Ted Robinson to fill un-expired term of Mike Coulter

Ninth District Opportunity – deferred

i.                    Shoal Creek Law House Resolution – to sell or dispose of public property which has become unservicable. Said property was formally used as the Shoal Creek Voting House
