Executive Planning Session

May 8^th, 2000

Chairman Moore opened the executive session by stating the purpose of the meeting was to discuss the Habel real estate.

Those in attendance were Commissioners Brown, Burdick and Hannah. Commissioner Oglesby absent. Others in attendance were County Administrator Gary Cobb and County Attorney Walter Gordon.

The Habels had offered a counter to the BOC offer. The major difference was the inclusion of a 10 acre industrial site as a trade and the removal of the appraisal and two payment clauses. After discussion, the County Attorney was requested to determine, as best he could in the short time frame, the appraised value of the property.

With no further action taken, motion by Commissioner Brown to exit executive session and adjourn the meeting, second by Commissioner Burdick. Motion passed 4-0.
