a.      Industrial Park/Springs Industries Paving Bids

Approve General Highway Pavers bid of $376,908.91 for the Industrial Park Road, CR534, paving project and the Springs Industries Parking Area and Access Road project. (bid sheet attached). Further, the Chairman is authorized to execute a contract with General Highway Pavers for these projects

New business

b.      Reappoint Roy Crocker and Vernon Edwards to the Joint Economic Development Authority for a four year term beginning January 1, 1999

d.   Authorize payment to Hart Telephone Company in an amount not to exceed $110,000 for the utility relocation work associated with DOT project STP003(51)
