Work Session

August 2^nd, 2002

8:30 a.m.

Chairman Dorsey called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. Those present were Commissioners Oglesby, Burdick and Banister. Also present were Gary Cobb, Ray Lewis and Jeff Schenck (Hartwell Sun). Other members of the Hartwell Sun, Dewitt Tallent and Dan Reyen were present for parts of the meeting as well as various Department Heads, Constitutional Officers and the Library Board.

County Administrator explained that today's work session was to gather information for the BOC and to give the BOC an opportunity to ask questions of the various departments.

The Road Department was first on the agenda. Work continued through lunch and the last to be heard was the Water & Sewer Authority. The meeting ended at 4:45 p.m. The Departments participating are listed on the attached schedule.
