Executive Session

Present: All Commissioners, Walter Gordon and Gary Cobb.

Walter Gordon, County Attorney, briefed the Board on pending legal matters and litigation.

Motion by Commissioner Burdick, second by Commissioner Oglesby to go out of Executive Session. Vote 5-0.

Chairman Dorsey reconvened the regular meeting. All commissioners present. Motion by Commissioner Banister, second by Commissioner Burdick to adjourn the meeting. Vote 5-0.
