The Hart County Board of Commissioners met for a called meeting June 28^th, 2002 at 4:30 p.m. in the Hart County Administrative & Emergency Services Center.

Chairman Joey Dorsey presided with Commissioners R. C. Oglesby, Randy Banister and Ken Brown in attendance. Commissioner Burdick absent.

Chairman Dorsey called the meeting to order.

Commissioner Oglesby entered a motion to amend and approve the agenda as follows:

Add Budget Amendment Resolution

Add Architect Contract for the Behavioral Health facility

Commissioner Brown provided a second to the motion. The motion carried 4-0.

1. Water Lines for Sunset Drive and Sunset Circle

Commissioner Oglesby entered a motion to amend Change Order #1 to provide water lines to Sunset Drive and Sunset Circle from the 1%SPLOST II fund balance. Commissioner Banister provided a second to the motion. The motion carried 4-0.

2. Budget Amendment Resolution

Commissioner Oglesby entered a motion to amend the 1%SPLOST II Water & Sewer Utility Authority budget as follows:

Decrease account number 54.1472 from $450,000 to $165,576.59

Decrease account number 54.1470 from $725,000 to $199,845.00

Increase account number 54.1472 by $49,213 from $165,576.50 to $214,789.50

3. Behavioral Health Center Architect Contract

Commissioner Brown entered a motion to authorize the Chairman to execute the contract to The Howell Group upon the County Attorney's review. Commissioner Banister provided a second to the motion. The motion carried 4-0.

Commissioner Brown entered a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Banister provided a second to the motion. The motion carried 4-0.
