The Hart County Board of Commissioners met August 7^th, 2003 at 5:30 p.m. in the Hart County Administrative & Emergency Services Center.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the proposed Fiscal Year 2004 budget.

Interim Administrator Jon Caime presented the revenue, personnel requests, capital requests report, Special Revenue and Special Revenue Fund Capital Requests for 2004.
