The Hart County Board of Commissioners met September 8^th, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. at the Hart County Administrative & Emergency Services Center.

There was not a quorum of the Board of Commissioners therefore, the meeting was cancelled and re-scheduled for September 14^th, 2004 at 4:00 p.m.
