The Hart County Board of Commissioners met Monday, August 9^th, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. in the Hart County Administrative & Emergency Services Center.

Chairman Reyen presided with Commissioners Dorsey and Carter in attendance. Commissioners Banister and Oglesby absent.

The work session involved detailed discussion of the FY'05 budget. The work session ended at 7:30 p.m.
