The Hart County Board of Commissioners met October 4^th, 2005 at 5:30 p.m. in the Administrative & Emergency Services Center.

Chairman R C Oglesby presided with Commissioners Daniel Reyen, Gary Mize, Ricky Carter and Joey Dorsey in attendance.

Commissioner Reyen entertained a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss personnel matters with the Board of Tax Assessors. Commissioner Dorsey provided a second to the motion. The motion carried 5-0.

With no further action taken during Executive Session, Commissioner Reyen entertained a motion to exit and adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Mize provided a second to the motion. The motion carried 5-0.
