The Hart County Board of Commissioners met Tuesday September 20, 2005 to discuss EMS Substations/decentralization.  All Hart County Board of Commissioners were present. Two Consultants, (Jack Krakeel, Fayette County and Lin Deering, Clemson University) were interviewed on performing an analysis of this situation.
