When selected for a position, the candidate must have a physical examination and a drug screen.
The county will pay for these tests and exams.
Per County policies and procedures, employees are also required to submit to random drug tests.
All applications must be notarized to be considered.


The Hart County Maintenance Shop is accepting applications
for a full time experienced auto/diesel mechanic (minimum 2 yearsí experience).
Applicant must possess mechanical tools and valid driverís license
issued by the State of Georgia. Applications can be obtained
at the Hart County Administrative Office at 800 Chandler Street,
or downloaded from the links at the top of this page.

Applications must be returned to the Administrative Office
on or before 3:00 p.m. December 19, 2014.
A pre-employment drug screen will be required for perspective applicants.


The Hart County Board of Commissioners is accepting applications
for the Senior Center & Transit Director position. This position is responsible
for planning, organizing and supervising programs and events
for senior citizens and transit services. Knowledge and level of competency
commonly associated with the completion of a baccalaureate degree
in a course of study related to occupational field;
possession of a valid driverís license issued by the State of Georgia;
and must be computer literate. Applications can be obtained
at the Administrative office at 800 Chandler Street
or can be downloaded from the countyís website at the links above.

Employment is contingent upon pre-employment drug screen results.
Applications must be submitted to the Administrative office
no later than 3:00 p.m. January 5, 2015.
